…or maybe not. but he sure loves grandma snuggles.
my beautiful cousin Sammi is engaged was engaged is already married, but I just wanted to post about the super cute shower her sister Jessi and my family put together for her.
I absolutely loved the fondue theme and the country chic look of the decorations. My favorite part was getting together with family. My mother has some of the most amazing sisters, they are wonderful aunts and always make each of us feel special with each shower they help put together. Big props to Jessi for putting the whole thing together even though she ended up being sick the day of the shower! We sure missed her, but she was able to skype with us for a little while which was so fun! Technology is amazing right?
Sammi is already married and she was a beautiful bride! I unfortunately didn’t bring my camera so no pictures :(
I was reflecting on my showers/wedding day and some of what I remember is the things that went wrong. my hair wasn’t curled right on one side, my feet were killing me, etc. But what I want Sammi to know is that even though there might have been things that went wrong, things that weren’t perfect, or even one event that might have potentially ruined the happiness of the whole day…put all of those things behind you and only remember the positive. I am making it one of my goals this year to only remember the positive things on some of the happiest days of my life…wedding day, calvin’s birth, calvin’s blessing etc. We love you and I hope all the happiness to you and Dillon!
loves, K
